The Kemper Auto claims portal allows customers to submit a claim immediately whenever, wherever, even in Spanish! Once a claim is submitted, customers can opt-in to two-way texting with their adjuster for quick communication.


Here is Kemper Auto's simple guide to making claims easy!

  1. File your accident claim immediately

    Easily file your claim through the Kemper Auto online portal or call 800-3-KEMPER.

  2. An adjuster will contact you

    Once filed, an adjuster will contact you promptly to follow up on any additional details needed.

  3. Damage is evaluated

    For minor damage you may be able to send photos. If your vehicle is safe to drive, you can take it to one of our drive-in locations. For more severe damage, an appraiser may be assigned to review it.

  4. Get an estimate and schedule repairs

    Your claims appraiser will provide a cost estimate and answer questions you may have about the repair process.

  5. Get paid!

    Payments are made directly to you and/or the repair shop responsible for your vehicle
